Description

Configure and develop business processes within the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure product features, calculations, and parameters based on technical specifications.
• Translate business requirements into functional configurations within the OIPA environment.
• Manage product rate loading and define access and security roles.
• Collaborate with technical teams to support integration points via configuration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve defects using the Oracle MySupport process with Quality Assurance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in insurance technology.
• Hands-on experience with OIPA configuration.
• Proficiency with Rule Studio and the Rules palette.
• Strong SQL skills including query building and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Life insurance and/or annuity products.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams through technical changes and demo solutions to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science.
• Background in Actuarial Science.
