Description

You will manage multiple PeopleSoft and Oracle Fusion integration projects, overseeing the lifecycle from planning to go-live. You will document project requirements, manage risks, and facilitate user testing for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage concurrent projects including PeopleSoft DR to Oracle OCI, GASB101 reporting, and HCM PUM Upgrades (Image 42-51 & PT8.62).
• Create and maintain project documentation such as charters, plans, status reports, and go-live task lists.
• Facilitate user testing, compile metrics, document defects, and review project scenarios with stakeholders.
• Identify issues, work through resolutions, and manage project risks and timelines.
• Review timesheets and submit monthly reports for approval.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management or integration administration.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for system integration.
• Hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications.
• Understanding of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS architectures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying stages of completion.
• Experience with PeopleSoft environments and upgrades.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Procurement Punch-out implementations.
• Background in financial reporting compliance (GASB).
