You will own the integration landscape across Oracle SaaS platforms, focusing on OIC-driven solutions while reducing reliance on Boomi.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain OIC integrations connecting Oracle Fusion HCM, ERP, and SCM with external systems like UKG.
• Refactor legacy integrations to reduce technical debt and improve data ownership models.
• Handle payload delivery and data curation, shifting data ownership to HR and Finance IS teams.
• Support steady-state operations for Finance modules and manage integration growth as volume increases.
• Adhere to strict development standards and contribute to evolving team processes and competency frameworks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Strong proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle SaaS modules: HCM, ERP, and SCM.
• Ability to work with REST APIs and ORDS for limited custom API enablement.
• Experience with Boomi, with a focus on transitioning away from it.
• Proven ability to prioritize technology competency over specific module expertise.
• Adaptability to INO processes and strong collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Finance module for steady-state support.
