Career Level – 7 5-8 years

• As an Oracle OIC Functional Integration Lead, you will be responsible for architecting an end-to-end integration solution.
• You will drive client discussions to define integration requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
• Your activities will include mapping business processes to support applications, defining data entities, selecting integration technology components and patterns, and designing the integration architecture.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• Providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams is a critical part of this role. Advanced proficiency in Oracle Cloud Integration is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Weblogic Server for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Technical Architecture, Program Project Management, and Oracle Data Integration Cloud Services is suggested.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable integration solutions that align with business objectives and technical standards.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure integration strategies meet evolving business and technical requirements.
• Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate emerging integration technologies and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and reliability.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex integration challenges and optimize overall solution delivery
