Description

Provide techno-functional support for Oracle integration environments, EBS modules, and cloud ERP systems.

You will own the release pipeline, manage integration transitions, and resolve technical issues in complex workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve technical issues in Oracle integration workflows and EBS modules.
• Manage integration transitions from Oracle 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 and RAC 12c to 19c.
• Execute testing and deployment of new code while providing technical input for complex projects.
• Support system requirement research to define vision, scope, design documents, and implementation plans.
• Act as a liaison between developers and business partners to ensure technical compatibility.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in technical support and resolution within an ERP environment.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Integration tools.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Cloud ERP, and Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Drop Ship end-to-end cycles.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
• Experience with Workflow, OA Framework (OAF), Web ADI, and Unix shell scripting.
• Expertise in designing and testing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Familiarity with AIM methodology, including BRD, MD-50, MD-70, and MD-120 documentation.
• Competency in MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, ODBC, Transact SQL, and MySQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with XML Publisher for custom report development.
• Knowledge of Oracle Discoverer and Oracle Application Server.
