You will provide technical support, resolution, and fixes for Oracle integration environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve technical issues and system requirements within existing business processes.
- Act as a liaison between developers and business partners to ensure technical compatibility and problem resolution.
- Support integration migrations, including moving from Oracle 11.1.0.7 to 11.2.0.4 and RAC 12c to 19c.
- Manage the deployment of new code, testing, and integration processes.
- Provide technical input to development teams to ensure prescribed methodologies are followed throughout the SDLC.
Required Skills
- 8-10 years of experience providing technical support and troubleshooting in an ERP environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Deep knowledge of Oracle EBS modules, architecture, and development tools.
- Strong technical proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports.
- Proven experience with Oracle Order to Cash (O2C) cycles.
- Experience with Workflow, OA Framework (OAF), Unix shell scripting, and Web ADI.
- Practical knowledge of designing and testing RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
- Proficiency in MS SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, ODBC, Transact SQL, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with AIM methodology and creating BRD, MD-50, MD-70, and MD-120 documentation.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Expertise in developing custom reports using XML Publisher.
