Description

You will provide functional expertise and production support for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne modules in a global onsite-offshore delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues and support business users with queries and functional troubleshooting.
• Manage incidents, problems, and changes within the production environment.
• Lead ticket reduction initiatives and perform root cause analysis for major incidents.
• Coordinate tasks within a global delivery model.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne.
• Deep functional knowledge of Sales and Distribution, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules.
• Experience with JD Edwards setup and configuration.
• Hands-on experience with JD Edwards integration with EDI.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries to link tables and query transactions.
• Experience managing inbound and outbound integrations and data mapping.
• Proven track record in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Preferred Skills

• Integration experience with OTM or DSI.
• Basic knowledge of JD Edwards Finance modules.
