Description

Provide functional support for JD Edwards Finance modules and integrated peripheral systems, ensuring stability and process improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage, prioritize, and resolve incidents within ServiceNow, tracking them through to closure.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and manage problem management tickets to automate or shift-left resolutions.
• Execute bulk data updates and monitor month-end processes, providing status communications to stakeholders.
• Perform functional testing, including ICRP and UAT, following the JD Edwards SDLC process.
• Coordinate between onsite and offshore teams while serving as the liaison between IT and business users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in JD Edwards Finance modules.
• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Project Cost Management.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow for incident and problem management.
• Experience with the JD Edwards SDLC, including test script creation.
• Proven experience leading JD Edwards support projects in an onsite-offshore model.
• Ability to identify process gaps and create standard work documentation for remediation.
• Experience assisting compliance teams with audits.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry.
