Description

You will serve as a functional expert mapping business processes to JD Edwards and managing the definition and optimization of project costing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Map business processes to JD Edwards (JDE) and related applications.
• Drive process optimization by developing functional requirements and managing compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and deliver technical documentation, functional design documents, and training materials.
• Model and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
• Manage production support activities, including ticket prioritization and resolution.

Required Skills

• Extensive functional knowledge of JDE E1 Project/Job Cost, Revenue, and Profit Recognition.
• Deep understanding of Contract and Service Billing, including billing rate markup tables and setup.
• Expertise in Work Orders, Procurement job commitments, Job Status Inquiry (JSI), and Budget Revisions.
• Experience with JDE E1 version 9.0 or higher.
• Proven experience in ERP implementation activities, including gap-fit analysis, system configuration, and data migration.
• Ability to perform unit and integration testing and write functional/technical specifications.
• Proficiency in SQL and database systems.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a functional user in the requested areas, or 5 years in Oracle/JDE implementation and upgrade projects.
• Graduate degree in Business.

Preferred Skills

• Prior functional experience in the construction industry using JDE.
• General knowledge of JDE foundational areas including Address Book, System Constants, and UDOs.
