Description

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Manufacturing and Costing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Oracle Manufacturing implementations, including prototyping and rollout.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for Oracle applications and business processes.
• Translate client requirements into implementable solutions using leading Oracle practices while minimizing customizations.
• Design and implement custom reports using Oracle reporting tools to improve data accuracy and timeliness.
• Produce documentation for design, user training, and application administration.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, configuring, and architecting Oracle ERP Manufacturing.
• Minimum of five full life cycle Oracle Manufacturing implementations.
• In-depth functional knowledge of Oracle Inventory and Manufacturing Modules (BOM, Engineering, WIP, Costing).
• Experience working with Standard, Average, and FIFO cost types.
• Deep understanding of Discrete Manufacturing, including Outside Processing.
• Expertise in Master data setup and processes for Manufacturing implementation.
• Detailed knowledge of Inventory item attributes and functionality.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills for ERP troubleshooting.
• BS degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle SCM Modules (Order Management, Procurement) and Oracle WMS Module & MSCA.
• Experience with Flow, Repetitive, and Flow manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Configure to Order product supply chains or certification in Supply Chain/Manufacturing Cloud modules.
