Description

Provide functional expertise for Oracle implementation and support projects as an individual contributor.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze global requirements and site-specific deltas to develop end-to-end solutions.
• Configure Oracle modules and execute unit, integration, and system testing against business scenarios.
• Lead CRP and UAT execution, including training core teams.
• Create functional design documentation to build internal capability.
• Support technical development teams and resolve incident tickets to meet project timelines.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with Oracle Discrete Manufacturing suite modules.
• Proven track record of 2 to 3 implementation, upgrade, or rollout projects on version 12.1.3 or above.
• Hands-on experience with CRP and UAT execution.
• Ability to develop non-linear solutions specific to module functionality.
• Strong functional design documentation skills.
• Experience in SCM.
• Strong consulting and communication skills for interacting with users and managers.
