Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Maintenance modules to align with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle Cloud Manufacturing modules including Work in Progress, Bills of Materials, Routers, and Production Scheduling.
  • Implement Oracle Maintenance Cloud functions such as Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, and Work Orders.
  • Design and execute solutions to integrate manufacturing and maintenance data with Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Financials.
  • Conduct gap analysis between business needs and Oracle functionality to recommend process improvements.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation projects from initial configuration through post-go-live troubleshooting and support.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Manufacturing and Maintenance products, specifically Oracle Cloud (Fusion).
  • Extensive expertise in configuring Oracle Cloud Manufacturing (WIP, BOM, Production Scheduling, Shop Floor Control).
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Maintenance Cloud (Asset Management, Work Orders, Preventive Maintenance).
  • Proven track record of leading Oracle Cloud implementation projects and system upgrades.
  • Deep understanding of integrating manufacturing processes with Oracle Inventory, Procurement, and Order Management.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills within Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to drive process optimization.
  • Experience working within Agile Methodology.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience conducting training sessions and workshops to facilitate knowledge transfer for end-users and junior consultants.
