Description

Lead end-to-end Oracle MDM implementations and technical support for Power, Water, and Gas sectors.

You will own the release pipeline and maintenance lifecycle for critical utility data systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle Oracle MDM implementations, converting client requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure MDM components including VEE rules, device management, usage management, and TOU.
• Build custom programs, enhancements, and interfaces using OUAF and Java.
• Integrate MDM systems with HES, CCB, and external systems via web services and batch processes.
• Execute unit testing, manage version control, and maintain release documentation.

Required Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle MDM implementations.
• Proven track record with at least 2 full-cycle projects in Power, Water, or Gas domains.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) and Java.
• Deep knowledge of VEE rules, device management, usage management, and TOU.
• Proficiency in XML and system integrations involving MDM batches and Web Services.
• Experience debugging complex technical issues and writing unit test cases.
• Ability to manage coding standards, version control, and risk management in program design.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management certification.
