Description

You will provide technical and functional support for the Oracle Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage MWM production and deployment changes.
• Resolve AMR and manual meter read download and upload issues.
• Configure system settings, including shift templates, schedules, and appointment baseline monitoring.
• Execute data fixes to resolve real-time communication errors between Oracle C2M, MWM, and ODM systems.
• Implement process improvements and priority requests for meter services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle MWM, ODM, and CC&B (C2M).
• 4+ years of experience in Oracle MWM support and/or development.
• 5+ years of experience developing and designing reports using complex queries from various database systems.
• Proven experience in application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
