Description

Provide technical and functional support for the Oracle MWM application, including production deployment changes, system configuration, and shift template management.

Responsibilities

• Resolve AMR and manual meter read upload/download issues in real time to ensure daily work completion.
• Perform data fixes to eliminate communication errors between systems.
• Manage ToDos for Oracle C2M, MWM, and ODM modules.
• Monitor appointment baselines and implement process improvements for Meter Services.
• Handle priority requests and special projects as directed by management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Oracle MWM, ODM, and CC&B (C2M).
• At least 4 years of hands-on Oracle MWM support or development experience.
• 5+ years designing and developing complex database reports and queries.
• Strong application troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities.
• Experience with MWM system configuration, shift templates, and schedule setups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
