Description

You will design, manage, and optimize Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments, focusing on database, middleware, and infrastructure components.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Oracle OCI environments, including database, middleware, and infrastructure components.
• Develop and maintain Oracle APEX applications and ORDS services, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Configure and administer Oracle WebLogic Server, including patching, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Plan and execute database upgrades (19c to 26ai), migrations, and conversions, including Solaris to Linux transitions.
• Implement and automate routine tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Expertise in Oracle Database 19c and 26ai, including CDB/PDB management, RMAN backup/recovery, and DataGuard.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle WebLogic Server 12c/Fusion Middleware.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle APEX administration and support.
• Proficiency in Linux/Unix shell scripting and Ansible.
• Experience with GitLab and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Strong background in Oracle database performance tuning, optimization, and on-call production support.

Preferred Skills

• OCIP, OCP, or OCE certifications.
• Experience with AWS/Azure administration and Windows/SQL Server/IIS.
