Description

You will own the development and maintenance of policy administration solutions using Oracle OIPA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and model policy lifecycles for annuity products using OIPA Rules Palette.
• Develop and integrate applications, focusing on API integrations and complex business logic.
• Manage and implement configurations across Admin, Plan, and Activity/Transaction rules.
• Write complex SQL to support policy data retrieval and manipulation across various AS Tables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA).
• 5-7+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and XML.
• Proficiency in Java development.
• Ability to write views, stored procedures, and functions in SQL.
• Experience with Annuity concepts: Fixed, Indexed, Variable, and Registered Annuities.
• 2-3 years of cloud development experience targeting AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with CI/CD and automation tools like Jenkins and Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven ability to write quality code following established best practices.
