Description

Lead the functional design, implementation, and governance of Oracle Learning Cloud solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops and solution design for Oracle Learning Cloud.
• Configure catalogs, courses, offerings, certifications, and learning journeys.
• Define learning architecture, governance frameworks, and integration with Core HR and Talent.
• Design OTBI dashboards and BI Publisher reports for analytics.
• Manage SIT/UAT, go-live, and hypercare support phases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant/Lead roles.
• 3+ Oracle Learning Cloud implementations with global delivery experience.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud, including ILT/VILT and certifications.
• Working knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
• Understanding of native Core HR, Talent, and Recruiting integrations.
• Basic understanding of APIs and third-party content provider integrations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience with Healthcare Sector clients.
• Agile and UAT methodology expertise.
