Description

You will act as the functional expert and advisor for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and support projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis between client needs and delivered functionality.
• Configure the Oracle Recruiting Cloud module based on gathered and interpreted business requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle project phases including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Coordinate with technical teams to provide guidance on data conversions, integrations, and reporting.
• Provide best practice guidance on recruitment and onboarding processes to transform client business operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ORC Recruiting Implementation Consultant in a functional advisory or consulting role.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Recruiting Cloud and/or other HCM Cloud modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Cross-functional knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules, specifically Core HR.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with a specialization in Business or HR Management.
• Flexibility to travel during critical project implementation phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Public Sector, including Federal, State, Local, or K-12 Educational sectors.
