Description

Lead functional design and configuration for Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations and support projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and discovery workshops to define business requirements and conduct gap analysis.
• Configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules based on interpreted business needs.
• Manage full lifecycle project phases including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover.
• Coordinate with technical teams on data conversions, integrations, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an ORC Recruiting Implementation Consultant in a functional advisory role.
• Minimum of 2 full lifecycle Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementations.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Recruiting Cloud and/or other HCM Cloud modules.
• Deep expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and translate requirements into system configurations.
• Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools including HCM Extracts and HDL.
• Cross-functional knowledge of other Oracle HCM modules, specifically Core HR.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Public Sector, including Federal, State, Local, or K-12 Educational sectors.
