Description

Lead the implementation, configuration, and solution design of Oracle Order Management applications in Milpitas, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own functional requirements definition, configuration, and maintenance of Order Management applications.
• Translate business objectives into technical action items, use cases, and functional designs.
• Perform application gap analysis and verify the feasibility of business rule requests against existing data structures.
• Create and present requirements artifacts, including scope documents, activity diagrams, and business process mapping.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure projects progress against timelines and alert teams to risks or issues.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst.
• Expert-level knowledge of Oracle ERP Application functionality, specifically Order Management, Inventory Management, Oracle Pricing, and Oracle Trading Partner Architecture module configurations.
• Proven experience completing 2-3 full lifecycle implementations for OM, Inventory, Pricing, and Trading Partner Architecture.
• Proficiency with SQL-based queries and application data schema analysis.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Functional understanding of the Oracle Cloud framework for developing extensions.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and Access.
• Advanced English language proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical or functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
