Description

Lead the design and delivery of technical solutions for Oracle EBS order management, pricing, configurator, and EDI modules.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design technical solutions for Oracle EBS functionality.
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore technical developers to design, build, unit test, and support solutions.
• Document system specifications, detailed designs, unit test plans, and deployment notes using Oracle AIM (MD50, MD70, MD120).
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) to enhance ERP applications.
• Manage project plans, monitor critical path items, and drive discussions to align business and technical stakeholder needs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a functional lead in Oracle Order Management, Oracle Advanced Pricing, or Oracle Configurator.
• 8+ years of experience in business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and impact assessment.
• Extensive experience with Oracle EBS and ERP applications.
• Proven ability to document technical specifications using Oracle Application Implementation Methodology (AIM).
• Experience working within matrixed organizations or across numerous teams.
• Ability to manage RICE components, including workflows and integrations.
• Strong technical communication skills for explaining concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience.
