Description

You will implement and support OTM and GTM Cloud projects. You configure agent workflows, rate settings, itineraries, lanes, screen sets, VPD, and master data. You manage OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Finance, GTM, and FTI. You execute functional configurations for master data, orders, itineraries, rates, and rate services. You develop business workflows using agents, saved queries, and saved conditions. You integrate OTM with Oracle, SAP, and legacy applications while connecting external distance and rate engines. You handle log files, automation agent actions, procedures, packages, custom events, and report configurations.

Responsibilities

• Configure agent workflows, rate configurations, itineraries, lanes, screen sets, VPD, and master data.
• Manage OTM modules including Order Management, Shipment Management, Finance, GTM, and FTI.
• Execute functional configurations for master data, orders, itineraries, rates, and rate services.

Required Skills

• OTM/GTM Cloud Certification.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with XML, XSL, and JSPX.
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills.
• Experience with Oracle and SAP environments.
• Hands-on experience with GTM and FTI modules.
• Competency in Unix-putty commands, server folders, and database tables.
• Understanding of OTM core modules and technical architecture.
