Description

You will focus on the technical and functional development of payroll processing within Oracle HCM Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain payroll processes using HCM Extract and Fast Formulas.
• Perform hands-on development to support the ongoing HCM implementation.
• Assist the payroll team with testing Oracle HCM processes and documenting results.
• Identify, analyze, and document bugs found during testing phases.
• Collaborate with software developers to report defects and implement patches.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer to internal team members.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in payroll processing within Oracle HCM Cloud (Oracle Fusion).
• Techni-functional expertise in HCM Extract and Fast Formulas.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL.
• Experience with OIC.
• Hands-on experience with BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI configuration.
• Knowledge of payroll process flow, taxes, and cost HDL loaders or HSDL templates.
• Experience reconciling converted interface files with legacy payroll files.
• Any Graduate degree.
