Description

Support the implementation and post-go-live operations of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Benefits plans, including Medical, Pension, and Retirement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Manage change requests, project milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for HRSSS users.
• Analyze and document business processes and workflows for client sign-off.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in data processing, computer systems, and applications.
• At least 3 full implementations of the Oracle Cloud Benefits module.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft.
• Proficiency with SQL Server.
• Experience in application programming, database, and system design.
• Ability to manage project schedules, resource requirements, and weekly status reporting.
• Strong ability to facilitate workshops and deliver organized presentations.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
