Description

You will lead the functional implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Map HCM business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality and deliver RICEFW functional specifications.
• Configure end-to-end Order Management processes based on BR100 documents.
• Execute data mapping and complete FBDI documents to support migrations from legacy systems.
• Develop and execute test scripts for Order Management processes and support CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Train key business users and manage business transitions from incumbent vendors.

Required Skills

• Expert knowledge of Oracle Order Management.
• Extensive experience with HCM Cloud Modules.
• Proven ability to write and review business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Knowledge of handling EDI integrations with third-party applications relevant to HCM processes.
• Experience managing complex customer escalations and providing subject matter expertise.
