We are looking for an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer with a strong data engineering mindset and hands-on experience in Oracle database development and PL/SQL programming.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts, database development, and ETL processes. Experience with any major ETL tool is a plus. Exposure to Microsoft Azure, particularly within a financial/data environment, will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL.
• Design and develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, and database processes.
• Work with data engineering and data warehouse teams to support enterprise data solutions.
• Develop and maintain data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
• Analyze data requirements and translate business requirements into scalable database solutions.
• Support data warehouse development, integration, and data transformation activities.
• Troubleshoot and optimize SQL/PLSQL code and database performance.
• Collaborate with application, data engineering, ETL, and business teams.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across database and warehouse environments.
• Support technical documentation, testing, debugging, and production deployments.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Oracle database development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Strong understanding of database development and data engineering concepts.
• Experience with Data Warehouse / Data Warehousing concepts.
• Experience with ETL processes and preferably at least one ETL tool.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Informatica, SSIS, DataStage, Talend, or other ETL tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience in Financial Services / Financial Data environments.
• Knowledge of data integration and enterprise data warehouse architecture.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Oracle SQL/PLSQL
