Oracle Planning (EPM) Solution Lead

You will act as the technical and functional lead for Oracle EPM solutions within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and enhancement of Oracle EPM solutions to align with business objectives.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain data lineage diagrams across multiple applications to visualize flow and usage.
• Drive end-to-end design processes focusing on data integration, mapping, and boundary application connectivity.
• Optimize existing systems and processes to improve data management and integration strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Techno-Functional Lead with a focus on Oracle EPM.
• Deep domain knowledge in Planning and Forecasting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Groovy Scripts.
• Experience managing ERP and SFDC integrations.
• Proficiency in data mapping and data integration techniques.
• Ability to create and maintain complex data lineage diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience with Informatica or similar integration tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EPM certifications.
• Knowledge of ARCS and FCCS.
• Experience with additional data management or business intelligence tools.
