Description

You will support and maintain Oracle Cloud PLM systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM Product Development (PD) and Product Data Hub (PDH).
• Configure and manage customizations within Oracle Fusion product lifecycle.
• Perform API integration testing and configure Oracle PDH application components.
• Deliver post-production support and coordinate hypercare requests.
• Analyze, prioritize, and triage support requests involving PLM configurations and custom reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles.
• Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations.
• Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies.
• Experience developing custom reports using Oracle tools.
• Background in Agile data migration techniques.
• Ability to validate and test system configurations and patches.
