Description

You will own the function and implementation of Oracle PLM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle PLM Cloud/Agile PLM solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support product structure, item master, BOM management, change management, and workflow configuration.
• Facilitate workshops and prepare functional documentation (BRD, MD50, test scripts).
• Provide training and post-go-live support to business users.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of Oracle Applications experience, with 5+ years in Oracle PLM (Cloud and/or Agile).
• Proven experience in Oracle Product Development Cloud, Product Data Hub, and Change Management.
• Strong knowledge of product structures, BOMs, document management, and PLM workflows.
• Hands-on experience with PLM integrations to ERP/SCM systems.
• Expertise in Oracle PLM modules including Product Development, Product Data Hub, and Innovation Management.
• Excellent client-facing and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SM, Manufacturing, Quality).
• Agile PLM to Oracle Cloud migration experience.
