Description

Design and build CAD-PLM integration interfaces connecting multiple CAD systems to Oracle Agile PLM, owning end-to-end development, testing, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end CAD-PLM interfaces using Oracle Agile APIs, REST/SOAP, and native CAD APIs (CATIA, SolidWorks, Creo).
• Implement batch and real-time synchronization for CAD file uploads, version control, and 3D model metadata.
• Develop custom extensions in Oracle PLM for CAD-specific workflows and create PDX/XML transformation strategies.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot synchronization issues, and provide production support for CAD-PLM solutions.
• Create detailed technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and collaborate with CAD administrators.

Required Skills

• 6-12 years of experience in Oracle PLM development and implementation.
• Proven expertise in CAD-PLM interface development.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Agile PLM architecture and APIs.
• Experience with multiple CAD systems (CATIA, SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, NX).
• Proficiency in CAD file formats (STEP, IGES, SAT, PARASOLID, JT) and data technologies (XML, JSON, SQL).
• Experience with integration platforms and version control (Git, SVN).

Preferred Skills

• Oracle Agile PLM certifications and CAD system certifications.
• Experience with OIC, OCI, Docker, or microservices architecture.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Mechanical Engineering.
