Description

You will develop and maintain Medicaid reporting solutions and semantic models using Oracle PL/SQL and Microsoft Azure Synapse.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, design, and develop reporting solutions.
• Develop new reports and maintain reporting code based on business change requests and defect fixes.
• Build data analytics solutions using Azure Synapse serverless SQL pools.
• Lead and mentor reporting developers in data integration, applying ETL design patterns and error handling.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Strong SQL scripting and Relational Database modeling experience (tables, views, indexes, grants).
• Demonstrated experience with Azure Synapse Analytics (pipelines, SQL pools, Spark pools).
• Experience utilizing Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL on Azure Cloud (1-2 years).
• Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools, specifically BIRT.
• Experience with Oracle utilities, including Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) or Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
• Experience designing, building, and managing data warehouses.
• Familiarity with the IBM Curam framework and its financial data structures.
