Description

Define end-to-end database architecture and engineer high-performance PL/SQL solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and review complex data flows, batch processes, ETL pipelines, and data orchestration.
• Develop and optimize advanced PL/SQL code, including packages, procedures, and triggers.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to SQL query execution plans, deadlocks, and DB bottlenecks.
• Drive capacity planning, partitioning, and indexing strategy for large datasets.
• Provide technical leadership during solution design, code reviews, and DB release planning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including advanced programming concepts.
• Strong understanding of Oracle 12c/19c, RAC architecture, and optimizer internals.
• Expertise in strong data modeling and relational theory.
• Experience with ETL, REST/SOAP, and Kafka integrations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting for automation.
• Experience working in large-scale OLTP/OLAP systems.
• Exposure to cloud ecosystems, including Oracle Cloud, AWS, and Azure.
