Description

Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Oracle database systems and data collection architectures.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legislative requirements and transform them into functional system specifications.
• Design and implement logical and physical database models, including indexes, keys, and constraints.
• Execute end-to-end software development tasks including coding, testing, and production implementation.
• Perform Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes and complex data transformations.
• Prepare and maintain technical and user documentation for database systems.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing Oracle PL/SQL using advanced programming techniques.
• Extensive proficiency with Oracle development tools: SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, and SQL*Loader.
• Expertise in designing and implementing logical and physical database models.
• 48 months of experience performing ETL techniques and data transformation.
• 24 months of experience in optimizing, performance tuning, and debugging PL/SQL.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience translating legislative requirements into technical solutions.
