You will develop and optimize data solutions within large-scale financial data warehousing environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Review end-to-end ETL processes to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Apply performance tuning to optimize Oracle ETL processes and real-time operational services.
• Analyze complex data sets across different systems and multiple claims products to resolve technical issues.
• Research and resolve data discrepancies independently while managing multiple project assignments concurrently.
• Collaborate with business analysts and development leads to influence technical direction across claims technology.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working in data warehousing environments with very large datasets.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL.
• Deep understanding of Oracle ETL processes.
• Advanced performance tuning skills for large-scale database environments.
• Experience working within the financial industry.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and connect patterns across disparate systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical presentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently to research and resolve complex technical issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with multiple claims products and integrated technology stacks.
