Description

You will own performance tuning and optimization of large-scale Oracle ETL processes within a financial data warehousing environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Review end-to-end ETL workflows and apply critical performance tuning to optimize Oracle ETL processes and real-time operational services.
• Analyze complex data structures to connect dots across different systems and multiple claims products, resolving issues independently.
• Engage with business analysts, developers, and dev leads to influence technical decisions across Claims technology and the business.
• Manage multiple project assignments concurrently while maintaining clear verbal and written communication.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in the financial industry.
• Deep expertise in Data Warehousing environments handling very large amounts of data.
• Advanced proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL and ETL development.
• Proven ability to perform critical performance tuning on Oracle ETL processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data across multiple systems.
• Experience working in supportive, transparent team environments while driving independent research and resolution.

Preferred Skills

• Willingness and ability to self-learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience with Claims technology platforms.
