Description

You will develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL code to manage large data sets and support a large-scale ETL modernization effort.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex Oracle PL/SQL programs to handle large-scale data processing.
• Perform SQL performance tuning on complex queries and large data loads.
• Execute data loads using Oracle SQL Loader.
• Manage scheduled tasks and workflows using Autosys.
• Support the transition from internal ETL tools to Ab Initio.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL.
• 4-6 years of experience with Unix/Linux and Unix shell scripting.
• 2-4 years of experience using GitHub.
• 2-4 years of experience with Autosys Scheduler.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
• Strong SQL performance tuning capabilities for large data sets.
• Ability to work within Agile (Scrum) delivery frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Ab Initio ETL tool.
• Background working within financial institutions.
