Description

You will design, develop, and maintain database applications and data warehouse structures for North American clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and debug database applications to meet user requirements.
• Model and maintain data warehouse components, including table structures, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Implement shared components and frameworks using PL/SQL in Linux/Solaris environments.
• Develop new batch processes for data migration and transformation.
• Provide maintenance, enhancement, and on-call support during North America shift timings and weekends.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Advanced SQL skills, including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with Unix and shell scripting.
• Proficiency in data migration processes.
• Experience interacting with North American clients or counterparts.
• Ability to work North America shift timings and provide weekend on-call support.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience debugging and troubleshooting database applications.
• Exposure to the financial domain.
• Working knowledge of Quest SQL Navigator or Toad.
