Description

Develop and maintain database solutions using Oracle technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and model databases using ER diagrams and normalization techniques.
• Tune database performance by optimizing queries and defining indexing strategies.
• Analyze database behavior using AWR, ASH, and Explain plans.
• Maintain and troubleshoot database components leveraging Oracle architecture knowledge.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL and SQL.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database and its latest versions.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing.
• Familiarity with Oracle monitoring tools, including OEM.
• Experience utilizing AWR and ASH for performance analysis.
• Proficiency with database tools such as TOAD.
• Strong understanding of Oracle architecture, memory structure, and background processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to solve complex analytical problems.
