Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale database solutions using Oracle technologies. You own the full lifecycle from architecture to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and triggers.
• Design database schemas from scratch and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize SQL queries and PL/SQL code through performance tuning and explain plan analysis.
• Support software installation, deployment, and application functionality across environments.
• Collaborate with developers and DBAs to implement coding standards and security protocols.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and application implementation.
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, and Dynamic SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle 10g/11g database servers.
• Proficiency in SQL, Oracle Reports, and tools like SQL*Plus, SQL Developer, or TOAD.
• Experience with the full development life cycle of enterprise-scale software.
• Strong understanding of database security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Oracle Data Warehouse Builder, ETL processes, Oracle Advanced Queues, and Oracle LOB.
• Experience with utPLSQL, JSP, Java, Servlets, JDBC, and Crystal Reports 2008.
• Familiarity with JSON, XML Query Language, cloud databases (Oracle Cloud, AWS RDS), and DevOps tools like Jenkins or Docker.
