Description

You will develop and optimize database logic and end-to-end ETL processes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop database objects including partitions, DBMS jobs, packages, procedures, functions, and user-defined types.
• Build end-to-end ETL jobs to manage data movement and integration.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL tuning to improve database performance.
• Debug, trace, and resolve performance issues through data analysis.
• Collaborate with UI teams to integrate database logic with front-end applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PL/SQL and SQL development.
• Expertise in database development using packages, procedures, and functions.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON data formats.
• Strong experience in ETL job development.
• Ability to use cursors for complex data manipulation.
• Proven skills in SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning and debugging.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, including pandas, requests, and database connection libraries.
• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata, MemSQL, NoSQL databases, or S3 technologies.
