Description

Own the design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL solutions while driving performance tuning and supporting database administration tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and optimize complex SQL and PL/SQL code for high-performance applications.
• Perform database administration duties and execute performance tuning strategies.
• Participate in code reviews and solution design sessions to ensure code quality.
• Escalate technical issues and report project progress to management promptly.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and assigned tasks effectively.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming and query optimization.
• Practical experience with database administration and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a structured environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java/JSP development.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS (OTC, PTP) or Finance/Accounting domains.
