You will develop scalable Oracle-based solutions aligned with business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes to design database optimizations, automation, and workflow improvements.
• Gather, document, and analyze functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
• Perform Oracle and Vertica database testing, data validation, and troubleshooting.
• Document end-to-end processes, procedures, workflows, and operational runbooks.
• Collaborate with development teams to manage interdependencies, design test cases, debug issues, and ensure data quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL development with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong experience with Oracle database development, migration, and testing.
• Hands-on experience in Unix shell scripting, Python, and ETL (Informatica).
• Expertise in developing Oracle packages, functions, procedures, triggers, and bulk processing.
• Experience automating database processes using job schedulers (e.g., Autosys).
• Strong understanding of dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data integration patterns.
• Proven experience in Oracle performance tuning and optimization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Vertica or other columnar database systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Copilot or other AI development tools.
