You will provide technical leadership in Oracle PL/SQL design, development, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Architect and review scalable, secure database solutions.
• Lead database performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and governance.
• Conduct code reviews, technical audits, and quality assurance.
• Lead, mentor, and manage PL/SQL developers and senior engineers.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in database development.
• Strong expertise in Advanced SQL & PL/SQL (Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, Cursors, Collections).
• Proven experience in performance tuning & optimization on large-scale, high-volume transactional systems.
• Solid understanding of data modeling & database architecture.
• Experience with Oracle, PL/SQL, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
• Experience in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance.
• Strong project planning and execution abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
