Description

Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL programs and enterprise database solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage database objects, including tables, triggers, procedures, and partitions.
• Tune SQL queries and optimize performance using Oracle tools and best practices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot database performance issues using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) and diagnostic tools.
• Integrate database logic with Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to support builds, deployments, and defect resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in Oracle development.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
• Extensive experience in SQL tuning, SQL traces, and SQL*Loader.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and optimization.
• Strong background in Java and integrating database logic with Java applications.
• Proven ability to design and manage partitioning and storage management.
• Experience with transaction monitoring and third-party diagnostic tools.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities for enterprise systems.
