Description

You will develop and maintain complex, large-scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SOLID, testable PL/SQL code in collaboration with architects and development leads.
• Write and execute unit and integration tests to ensure component coverage and quality.
• Analyze query performance using explain plans and optimize stored procedures for efficiency.
• Document code changes and conduct thorough code reviews prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Manage multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines within Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant IT experience with strong expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle stored procedures.
• Proficiency in Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Waterfall or Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work effectively within Agile ceremonies.
• Strong analytical skills for query optimization and architectural design consultation.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale database applications.
• Familiarity with additional Oracle performance tuning tools.
