Lead a team of application developers and offshore resources to deliver technical solutions within credit risk and commercial banking domains. Manage production support, ensure adherence to technical standards, and drive quality through documentation reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of developers and offshore resources to ensure adherence to technical standards and processes.
• Collaborate with client partners to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
• Oversee risk identification, mitigation planning, and the resolution of major service issues in production environments.
• Drive quality standards by reviewing technical and functional documentation and ensuring compliance with ITIL frameworks.
• Provide regular status reporting on team accomplishments, risks, and project milestones to management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development with expertise in database performance tuning and coding best practices.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle Database, SQL, and Unix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Shell scripting and Control M batch job management.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL frameworks, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change management (IPC).
• Experience in application production support and meeting strict SLAs.
• Understanding of Credit Risk, Basel 2/3, and credit risk calculations for corporate clients.
• Proven ability in project management, delivery, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Background in commercial banking or credit risk environments.
