Description

You will develop, enhance, and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects, including stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers, while ensuring production stability.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL objects such as stored procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
• Diagnose and resolve complex production issues by analyzing application logs and tuning SQL performance.
• Execute Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities following ITIL best practices.
• Drive root cause analysis to implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Provide timely support during EST timezone for business-critical escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Expertise in designing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Proficiency in SQL Performance Tuning.
• Proven experience in application log analysis and database-level debugging.
• Deep understanding of production support processes aligned with ITIL practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and operate effectively in EST timezone.
