You lead the development, optimization, and support of Oracle PL/SQL solutions while managing database administration tasks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex stored procedures, triggers, and packages.
• Lead the PL/SQL development team, providing technical direction and performing code reviews.
• Manage database administration tasks for both MySQL and Oracle environments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize query performance for support operations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in PL/SQL development.
• Proven ability to create and optimize stored procedures for development and support.
• Strong background in Database Administration for MySQL and Oracle.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of tenure in current or previous roles, demonstrating stability.
