Description

Lead Oracle PL/SQL development and technical delivery for banking and payments systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor AI-enabled development teams to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
• Oversee solution governance, tracking, and support processes for critical systems.
• Design and optimize complex Oracle PL/SQL objects including stored procedures, packages, and triggers.
• Perform SQL performance tuning and query optimization to maintain system efficiency.
• Integrate APIs and middleware while maintaining robust data modeling standards.

Required Skills

• 10–15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years focused on Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Deep expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL performance tuning, and query optimization.
• Strong background in data modeling and database design.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and Shell scripting.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and team management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the BFSI, payments, or regulatory reporting domains.
• Familiarity with API integration and middleware architectures.
